Our friends at DC Velocity recently released a video of my interview with them at the Material Handling Institute conference. At this conference, I spoke on a panel that discussed the topics that would be in the next Materials Handling Roadmap. In case you’re unfamiliar with this document, it’s an excellent in-depth guide that MHI produces every few years that covers the key areas of U.S. roads - workforce, technology, consumer and infrastructure - and you can download the most recent version from 2014 here.

Having a roadmap is great - it tells you where you want to go - but it also begs the question, how am I going to get there? That's where having a great strategy comes into play.
