If our prediction about freight capacity is accurate, smart shippers will take a look at when they are going to conduct their sourcing events. If your sourcing event schedule calls for going to market at the end of the second or third quarter, we want to encourage you to look at the schedule and consider going to market earlier - in the first quarter if at all possible.
