This week the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance's Road Check America has been taking place across the country. It's no surprise that some truckers find that this is a convenient week to schedule some vacation time which means that there are fewer trucks on the road. And that is why even in an environment where there has been plenty of capacity, we've seen certain areas where capacity has been tighter than usual. The Road Check America program helps remind us just how quickly the capacity situation can change.
