A couple of weeks ago I received a call from a logistics professional and he says:
"Mike, you're always saying you're on our team and here to help, right? So here is your chance to step up and help us. Can you give our senior executives an update on the chaos in the transportation marketplace, and how it's affecting everybody's freight budgets?"
I am pleased to report that the call went well. One of their senior executives told us it was one of the most valuable 30 minutes he has spent in some time.
