Get Ready for the Roadcheck!

This week, from June 4 - 6, the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance road check inspections are set to begin under the International Roadcheck.

During this 72 hour window we often see truckers—in particular owner operators and independent drivers—get off the road rather than face the hassles of the inspection program or risk being placed out-of-service, and this can impact capacity.

Given that trucking capacity can abruptly change during times like these, we encourage you to lock in your rates with a sourcing event if you haven’t already, or could use new rates.

Now is an especially great time to conduct a sourcing event with capacity easing and rates dropping. If you want to make sure that you can source capacity consistently throughout the year, then conducting a sourcing event is a must.
